went to bed yesterday after day 2 of the 30 day shred, and was so so very sore. I woke up today, and was a little reluctant. BUT worked through that and did the workout at 840 this morning(a little later than the 2 first days). its been an hour since I did it, and I FEEL WONDERFUL. The workout was "easier" today, I was not 1/2 as out of breath as I was the first and second day, afterwards.
I think this is a life save

30 Day Shred

So, last week, I was reading some other people's blogs, and comments and saw that there are a good number of fans of the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred workout, and DVD. Its cheap, about $9 on eBay... so I thought- "what the heck, why not?"
I ordered the DVD, got it within 2 or 3 days, (on a saturday) and decided I would start it on Monday. Surprisingly, I was excited and enthused to begin. sometimes I talk myself o

feeling so discouraged lately. I have been on a binge almost, of sweets and foods that are not good for me. why do I do this to myself? Ive watched the scale inch a little higher, gained a couple pounds since my last weigh in almost 3 weeks ago. I havent even been on this site since then. I want so badly to be able to enjoy the summer this year and not worry about what cover up I need to take along with us, or what

day 2

so, day 2. this blogging thing really is kindve motivating.
So last night, I made a quick dinner, BLT's and cheetos :( but, got on here this morning, 100% honest and still made it under my calorie intake! 
although, despite the fact that I had NO soda, i still went over on my sugar intake level. something to work towards today!
did a little bit of a workout yesterday, just crunches, side crunches, lunges, push ups, and some stretching. feeling good today!&nbs...

First Day :)excited, anxious!
