Hopefully, there are some "over 50" ladies on this site. I am pretty close to following my daily diet (1200-1300 cals a day) and walking about 3 miles a day up and down hills. I get frustrated because I am lucky if I lose a pound a week. I know as we age our metabolism slows, but this seems like I really try and get so little in return! I hate to admit it, but I would rather eat my tasty, good food! LOL As we age, things we could eat o...
