From Desperation to Determination

Day 1 was not the success I hoped it would be. I was tempted with more yummy but bad for me food and also didn't have access to the things I wanted to be eating because we hadn't gone to the grocery store since before Thanksgiving. The rules I DID follow today were: drinking 8 glasses of water, not eating after 7, eating breakfast at home, and eating a fiber bar. I also walked after work and had 1 serving of veggies. I convinced my mom to give me money to do this week's grocery shopping ...

Restart Plan

Last winter I started my weight loss journey at 211 pounds. I reached a low of 180 pounds by late May. Then schedules started to change and my whole life got turned upside down. I changed jobs, started dating Larry, and injured my shoulder within the same month. The changes (in addition to my shoulder injury which prevented me from doing a lot of the exercise I was used to doing) threw me off track and I have yet to get started again.
