I did it..

I just did it..i joined a gym goal is to get a few workouts in a week at lunch..weights mainly and continue to do some cardio a few days in the morning at home..we will see how it goes..but i am optimistic..

Stomach bug, bonus lost 3 pounds lol

Got the stomach bug yesterday..dear lord that was sicker than i can remember being for a long long time...bonus i did drop 3 pounds for the moment lol

 looking for better days ahead..

Very defeated..

 So far this year is not going like i have father n law passed since my last entry and so my whole, i am gonna kick this year off on a thinner start thing has gone out the window...

  Not to mention my children have also been sick sick sick...But tomorrow is another day right?? I am going to try and get back on the wagon tomorrow..hoping for sleep and peace of mind...something has got to give...

Well that did not work..

 So the last entry on this blog was last year..what does that tell you? yeah..gained a few pounds and am back to start over..nothing too outragious, just simple exercise before i go to work and going to try and make better choices for lunch..aka stay away from the chiniese food..oh how i will miss thee..

  So far so good.. no weight loss yet, but i am sleeping better and feeling better..and I know if i just stay the course i will see results..

 come on

Day One

 Okay out of the gate, yes i celebrated friday morning with a mcdonalds egg mcmuffin, not the worst choice on the menu mind you, but i have been dieting and counting calories for about a month now and have yes dropped about 5 pounds..yay! but everyone needs a little break once in a while, and with 2 kids 3 years and younger, and suffering from a lack of sleep for at least 4 years now...yeah..i celebrate fridays lol
 but i will get back on the horse tomorrow morning with a protei...
