cold and windy Monday. Ran late this AM, so no breakfast, super late lunch and super late dinner...even ate the same thing for each meal. Oh well, I guess at least I am eating homemade healthier stuff rather than some fast food or chips and a soda. I am so proud of myself, I haven't had a soda for four days! It's been hard, esp when everyone else in the family still eats like a teenager (lol I have 4 kids). But even with just 3 days of exercise, watching my food intake and moving...I feel less bloated and more energetic.
