ok I need to smart up I at 240 I want to get under 240....ok I eat fruit for breakfast, walk to work and back ,no wheat ,,give up dairly for next 3 week I going to try to give up junk
need not to eat any thing but fruit after 11 ,,going to start that to nigth ,,,,,,feel really bloated ,,,,,,,but I get it off ..I like to be now 30 by may may be more
