Day 1 was not the success I hoped it would be. I was tempted with more yummy but bad for me food and also didn't have access to the things I wanted to be eating because we hadn't gone to the grocery store since before Thanksgiving. The rules I DID follow today were: drinking 8 glasses of water, not eating after 7, eating breakfast at home, and eating a fiber bar. I also walked after work and had 1 serving of veggies.
I convinced my mom to give me money to do this week's grocery shopping and she armed me with $50 and I went to the store and got tons of frozen veggies, greek yogurt, veggie burgers, salad mix, apples, fiber bars, bananas, and some garlic salad dressing to use on my veggies. I'm armed for the week with better food. Tomorrow will be a good day!
