Insanity Workout (Month 2, Day 4)

Honey, Honey!

Things are going well with the Insanity program. I haven't weighed myself, nor have I taken any measurements recently though (I'll save that for Friday Jan 21st, when I've successfully completed the 2 month program). I just know (looking in the mirror) that it's working.

During these two months, I've found something that's working for me. Honey. I have an insane sweet tooth, and would snack on Kettle corn popcorn, frosted mini-wheats, crackers w/jam, and Chocolate! I've found that snacking on honey on whole wheat bread is awesome. It's very sweet, BUT surprisingly my body doesn't 'gain' as it does when I snack on the other stuff! 

And I didn't even LIKE honey before this! Swear.
(I first tried honey only because I heard that with it's potassium content, it helps alleviate/prevent muscle cramping during exercise)

Try it, the next time you have sweet cravings.
