so, day 2. this blogging thing really is kindve motivating.
So last night, I made a quick dinner, BLT's and cheetos :( but, got on here this morning, 100% honest and still made it under my calorie intake!
although, despite the fact that I had NO soda, i still went over on my sugar intake level. something to work towards today!
did a little bit of a workout yesterday, just crunches, side crunches, lunges, push ups, and some stretching. feeling good today! the headache last night, from what im sure is caffeine withdrawal... was horrible! so sad that your body gets use to the soda(pop).
also ordered my zumba fitness pkg for the wii, and am really anxious to get it! ive heard great things about it, and even if its not the best system for it, i know that moving in anyway is better than not moving at all!
ready to lose this weight, be confident and feel good this summer!
