I am a 24 year old stay at home mother of 3 beautiful children and over the course of the 3 pregnancies I have gained 60 lbs. Currently I am 175 lbs. I was almost underweight before I got pregnant with my first child and I do not expect to get back to that weight, but I would like to get to a healthy weight for my body. I am very self conscious about my weight and I do not feel comfortable in my own body.

It is very difficult for me to find time to work out and when I do I am worried that I am not doing the exercises correctly, or I am not doing the correct type of exercise to achieve the results that I want. I have plans to meet with a personal trainer to help me put together a routine, but she is doing this for me as a friend and we have not had a chance to get together yet.

I have trouble staying motivated and pushing myself to go further while exercising. Today I am giving myself a push by putting together a list of goals to stick to.

Long Term Goals:
1. Achieve healthy weight and BMI (120-125 lbs & 20-22 BMI) in 8 months
2. Purchase hand weights

Daily Goals:
1. Exercise at least 30 min every day
2. Do 30 crunches every day
3. Eat healthier
4. Eat breakfast everyday
5. Keep a journal of exercises and foods eaten
6. Use a sauna suit while working out
7. Drink 8 glasses of water per day
8. Drink less beer
9. Aim to lose 2 lbs per week

I will attempt to post daily with my results. Wish me luck!
