Project Restart

We are made in the image of God.  Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit.  How do we take care of that temple?  With empowerment and determination.  What does that mean?  We are empowered to make the healthy choices over the unhealthy ones.  We determine our fate by planning ahead and sticking to plans.  We also undo those negative thoughts that play over and over about who we are and what we can do.  The TRUTH is that we are children of God, made in His image, perfectly capable of success.  Be determined to make choices and plans that will lead to success and health!
