I am starting this fitness plan to better my life. Recenlty I set out a on a goal to stop smoking. I have been a pack a day smoker since I was 14 years old. It all came to me when I was laying down one nite and woke up because I literally felt like I could not breath. That nite I posted a statement on my facebook page proclaiming my vow to stop smoking immediately. I can admit that the first few days were rough, but once I committed to my goal mentally I just needed to follow through. So now here we are, and in about 3 days I will have reached my initial goal of not smoking for 30 days. Now that I know that once I put my mind to it I can accomplish any goal I set, my next goal is to tackle my weight loss goal and stick to it.
