Balancing healthy habits

I've still some research to do but I'm going to extend my healthy habits to getting naps when I can. It's a little embrassing to confess that I need or want to nap in the middle of the day. I almost 60, so you can image the comments that come to some minds. I could continue on as I have, falling asleep at the computer , and acting like I'm not sleepy/tired, or I can listen to this too, that my body is trying to tell me.
One fact that I found out about napping is that taking a nap in the afternoon will not effect our ability to get a good nights sleep. Now if I could just go to bed on time a night and get a least 8 hours of sleep I be a much healthier and wise old lady. It's a work in progress in my character building. I think anything that stretches me to do better for myself is character building.
