Some say that if you or I eat something that is not good for us just once we have lapsed, and if it happens a few times we have relasped and if it happens more than a day or two it's a total collapse! I say it depends on the mind set, if I eat something that's not the healthiest but I have not changed my plans to get and live healthy then i've not lapsed, if I repeat a few times, no relapse, and so on because I not changed my direction i've just hit the normal bumps in road. Any other way of seeing it would make anyone give up because their not perfect!

When losing my initial weight once i got going, I varied very little and the weight just fell off, but I was able to do that because I allowed my self a little humanity and I had treats in moderation and very selectively. And I would never let myself think that I was failing because I was having a treat when I wanted it. My plan was to do what I could to get healthy and stay that way for life not just 4 months then be out in the cold with another plan having to be developed because what I had just done to lose the weight was not livable long term.

I say no one gets to decide that for me but me! And I say I"m  still in!!!
