So the last entry on this blog was last year..what does that tell you? yeah..gained a few pounds and am back to start over..nothing too outragious, just simple exercise before i go to work and going to try and make better choices for lunch..aka stay away from the chiniese food..oh how i will miss thee..
So far so good.. no weight loss yet, but i am sleeping better and feeling better..and I know if i just stay the course i will see results..
come on will power..and coffee..and water...
