About me: I’m working together with my husband and son to be fit and healthy. My husband and I are doing a strength workout with a low carb diet. My goal isn’t so much to drop weight as it is to tone up and drop my cholesterol. We have been working out for about two weeks, and I’m loving it. It is a Great way to bring in 2012.
