About me: Married mother of 2, UK, unhappy with the way I look. (???)
Have struggled with my weight/body shape for many years now. I have tried all types of diets, pills & potions and even contemplated surgery, all for the "quick fix", Mid 2011 realised with the help of a stint at a 1wk boot camp (lost 13lbs) realised "I can do this". Also subsequent hypnotherapy helped me to sort out the way I eat. I now eat when hungry, stop when full and eat regular. But even though i have that sorted, my problem is motivation. I don't work out regular. That's going to change, New Year, New Me!!
