About me: I jusr started 2wks ago, a work out program on my own. I'm 76 & really enjoy golf,however, I'm very disapointed in the loss of distance on my shots & stamina in the last 4-7 yrs. I live in a community that has a small workout facility including workout equipment("Life Fitness"{3-5], Vectra on line 3800w/all kinds attchments,
dumb bells of different wts) but NO TRAINER-you are own your own. I'v been working out mon-wed-fri, to be quite frank, I don't know what to do & how to do it.
That when I found your site, I would like you to set me up on a program
for to reach my potential ability. I know I'm not able to turn into a "Tiger Woods",
