About me: Well here I go again, I am really going to try to stick to things this time. I think this is a great site to begin, I have used it numorous times before just can't seem to stick to anything. However, I have one year to lose 85 lbs. because on my 10th wedding anniversary I want to renew our vows. I happen to be one of those people that do great during the day, when I'm alone, but once the kids and husband get home it all goes to waste. Any people with tips on that? I am 42 years old and quit alot of bad habits, I just want to be healthy now. I'm not worried about being skinny, just healthy.
