Calories Burned:  204 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Using a pedometer, count your steps daily through all your activities. According to the 10,000 steps a day, you need to do this many steps to get to a weight loss level. This pretty much means 5 miles a day.
