Calories Burned:  79 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions:

Varies depending on how much a person weighs. It's approximately 66cph burned for every 50lbs of weight. To figure out the exact amount you burned just take the amount of your weight divide by 50, multiply by 66 and put that in as how many minutes you worked and it will give you the amount you burn per hour.

For example:

Weight / 50= ____ * 66=CPH

125 / 50 = 2.5   2.5 * 66 = 165cph

165 is what I would put for the amount of time.
