Calories Burned:  184 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
302 calories does not sound like much but i beleive you should burn at least 1/2 of the calories that we eat per meal. And I did acomplish this. For breakfast I consumed 598 in calories and burned 302 calories.
Instructions for 15 minutes walk 2.0 for 15 more minutes 2.5 for 15 more minutes 3.0 for 15 more minutes 3.5 Total 1 hour
Cool Down: For 5 minutes 3.5 for another 5 minutes 3.0 for another 5 minutes 2.5 for another 5 minutes 2.0 for another 5 minutes 1.5 and last but not least for another 5 minutes 1.0.
Do this after every meal and be sure to drink 1 8 ounce of water before work out and after work out.
