Calories Burned:  538 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
set cybex to manual
enter weight
set tension to 25
after 2 minutes, set tension to 50
after 2 more minutes set tension back to 25
Continue setting tension up and down every two minutes until you have completed workoput.
