I am starting this workout routine tomorrow. I know I won't workout on Fridays so I added a day on Saturday to make it 5 days a week. This is a great workout for abs, glutes, and legs, as using the eliptical 5 days a week will work those areas. The weight exercises are meant to tone, not necessarily to build muscle!
