Blisters on Toes
I recently have increased my distance in walking/jogging. Now I have blisters on two of my toes. My shoes are not to small and they are not new. Why did this happen? Does anyone know how I can comfort my toes?

Did you wear a pair of socks you hadn't worn before? Maybe you need new shoes afterall.

Professional Fitting
It really is worthwhile going to a athletic store and having a professional fitting. Once you find a brand you like you can buy subsequent pairs online for cheaper. It's really worth getting the first pair professionally fitted to your foot and walk.

I agree with baystreet
If you like to walk or jog you must have a professional fitting. My choice is the Running Room but your toes, arch, ankles, knees, hamstrings, hips, back, shoulders, and neck will thank you.

Try a slightly larger size of shoe. Blisters imply movement between the shoe and your foot. In general, you want about half an inch between the end of your longest toe and the inside edge of the toe
