Hi guys
So it's been a while since I've actually lifted weights, or ran. I picked up the bad habit of smoking... and I smoke like an ash tray. I've been doing some light cardio every day, running a mile every day within at least 15 minutes and I feel pretty good after doing it. Problem is that my ankle can't last longer than 15 minutes and I feel as though I'm not getting a good enough work out. Anyway I got off topic.
I'm starting to do a little bit of weight training again to get toned, I'm glad I found this site because it made starting a work out routine so easy. Anyway, good to meet a group of people who are in the same boat as me.
