Searched "Seasonal Affective Disorder" on Wikipedia today. I think I have it. I miss Summer and sunshine. I've been having trouble motivating to exercise this week. I'm blaming it on a series of cold and rainy days. When I get home, I just want to hop on the couch, get under a blanket, and watch some stupid show on TV. But, my homepage has been harassing me again. It says, "it's been 7 days since you've checked in a workout." Again. So, I'm logging off now to fight traffic home to get on the elliptical machine. Good times.
