My first blog post.
I woke up and my stomach is growling. I didnt eat dinner and dont want any thing now to eat. I can wait til breakfast. Not sure what I will have for breakfast as today is the first day of trying to lose weight with a friend who agreed to be my online diet buddy.
My exercise plan is to ride my exercise bike once or twice a day. When I rode it before I was up to riding it 10 miles a day or more some days.
I want to try to get back up to that slowly.
I am a diabetic, so I have to watch what I eat. I dont think I am going to really have a diet plan. Just kind of eat healthy to keep my glucose levels wehre they should be. So far it is working. I have lost over 10 lbs. Not sure how much I weighted when I started to eat healthier. Today I weighted myself and I am at 215. I am 5ft 2in tall.
I weighted 150 when I got married 30 years ago. I would like to be that weight again. Maybe around 135.
I can tell I have lost some because none of my clothes fit any more. Thats both a good and bad thing. I dont want to buy new clothes just yet. I want to lose a lot more weight before doing that.
I hope that all here reach their goal weight in a healthy happy way.
