So my day has been full of meetings and I ran out of the house this morning leaving my lunch and gym bag next to the sofa...
So no mid day workout, or premade controlled lunch... I spent 600 calories on a salad wrap... no dressing... tastey but a calorie nightmare from the looks of things.
Tonight we are going out for a friends birthday, so I doubt I'll be able to make up for my earlier mistake. I will try though.
I am going to try my hardest to get in a workout between now and then.
