Ups and Downs

So after I think i'm on a roll and almost to my weightloss goal..i totally lose control!
Between Cinco de Mayo and Mother's Day i think i lost my mind and went on a complete drinking and eating binge and gained 10 POUNDS! 10! WTF! Being around people who don't have the same weightloss and fitness goals can sometimes lead to distraction and loss of self control! There is no one to blame but myself and you know what its OK! i did what i did and now its time to get back on track. We all have our ups and downs! I've been working out and trying real hard for the last week to get it off and i lost about 4lbs so far. Its so annoying how you can gain weight sooooooo fast and easily but it takes days to work your ass of to get it off!
Set backs suck. But getting back on track and realizing that its ok to enduge (but not OVER endulge...umm like i did) but you're gonna have to pay the price and work extra hard.
So is it worth it? Is working out for hours on end worth the 3 slices of pizza and the 4 margaritas? the Penne a la vodka and the chinese food?
In the moment...YES.... but afterwards! NO!!!!
The key for me is to be healthy and thats not healthy...but hey ya live and learn and move on...
Its a new day...a new week... and a new mindset...i'm baaaaack!
