Day 2

Well Day 2 and so far so good. Its a one day at a time kinda thing and I am in it for the long haul!!! I find that eating the right stuff is pretty easy but I have no time for exercise!! I work a desk job and am there for at least 10 hours a day! I work 9-6 and find that I am exhausted after dinner and have no energy to exercise. So starting tomorrow I am waking up early 2 days during the week and on the weekends and go on a walk and my beautiful city of Greenwood built a walking trail that runs right by my house! Need to get moving!!!!
