Yesterday was hard. I got a headache around 3:00 from having no caffeine.
I drank my slim fast 321 shake around 11:30, and had a slim fast 321 snack bar at 3:00. I went home around 5, and had chicken nuggets and a dr. pepper for dinner. I also had a small piece of birthday cake and glass of milk with my daughter later in the evening.
That's all I ate yesterday.
I didn't get in any exercise beyond my normal walking around from my desk to various places in my work building. I have to work up to the exercise. I hate to do it
