I have now lost 12 pounds and feel pretty good. Since the physical therapy started my Parkinson's disease seems to be totally under control. My diabetes is under control as I am now counting my carbs as I enter them into the diet tracker when I add my meals. I am working out every day. Sometimes it is walking the dogs 4 times a day for 15 minutes every trip. (Does it count when I take them in the car?)

I have made some friends on the board and we are helping each other. They think that I am helping them but don't let them know, it is just the opposite.

I am a tour guide in Miami and the Everglades. I find that over the last few days I am much more energetic and walking much better than I was before all of my exercising and dieting.

Thanks again for all  of your help.
