Hello Guys!
I know its been a while but I've been doing very well. I took a little vacay and everything. I made sure to exercise all days and I still have been losing. I've hit my second goal and the back fat is disappearing! HA! Anyway, I still have a long journey however, I don't really binge eat like I used to and that was the REAL point to doing this. I did sneak in some candy this morning though. I've added Zumba to my workout and have continued to walk I'm at 3 miles a day now and I'm going to up it this week. I got those new toning shoes so I'm hot stuff now, hehehe. Anyway, til next time, M-
