Goal

I've decided on my goal. If I lose 1-2 lbs per week- including over the holidays! - I should be able to hit my goal by April 1. I've been doing well this week, and honestly it is largely because of FitClick! Yesterday I ate very healthfully and at dinner, when we got a cheap large pizza, I went without that third slice (I wasn't even hungry) because I was able to enter my calories-so-far into FitClick first. The motivation of staying within my goal calorie range for the day was too alluring to have that extra slice - when I didn't even really want it! Also, I've discovered how delicious pizza can be without lots of meaty toppings.
