So its been a while, eh?
Anyway Ive lost 18 pounds so far and others are noticing. Im kinda lax now but this is not the time to be so I will do better. Long way to my goal still but when I was excercising so much in the beginning I was unhappy. Now I just watch my calories and excercise every other day. Im going to a strength and toning class too.
