So i started this diet on the fourth of January i believe and so far it's going really good, the only hard thing about this whole diet is that me personally i have a craving for salty junk food and sweets so its really hard for me to keep my calorie and carbs in the right area and not go over. Sometimes it can get discouraging to see that you've went over but it's never a reason to quit. This morning i weighed myself and i believe i was down to 198 which means i have lost two pounds which is amazing :) but i'm one of those that are impatient and want to see the weight off immediatley lol at the snap of my fingers but unfortunatley it doesn't work that way.
But this website is really helping me to see how many calories i have taken in and also some of the calories and fat in some of the food choices that i make which causes me to make better choices. I also love the community, just to know that there are people on here that have chosen to take the same step i have and challenge themselves to loose weight. It sometimes can be rough but i know that in time i will lose the amount that i am looking forward to losing. I just have to keep motivating myself even if i am getting no motivation from anyone else i have to keep pushing myself to go towards my goal because as it stands i am overweight and i don't want to live unhealthy so I am going to continue to go towards this 155 goal weight no matter what.
Today i feel good and i know that this in the long run will help me lose weight and live a happy life unlike some of my family members, I have chosen to do something about my unhappiness in my body and i will not let myself get discouraged. :) I'm continuing this weight loss journey.
