I totally blew it today. I was doing really well on my calorie intake but today I had a "real" meal with my family (grilled burgers and homemade fries). Whoops!
I am trying to work out every day but am finding it hard to motivate. Being a stay at home mom, who really can't afford a gym membership, but still trying to find somethings that I can do at home. It isn't easy but I know that I have to do it.
I will get back to work tomorrow but I just wish it wasn't so stressful.
Wish I could find someone who I could weight in with or be accountable to. I think that would help.
