Exercise Day One

Finally made it to the gym around 10:00pm. Only after stopping at starbucks for my favorite skinny latte. Woke up really late today since my sleep schedule has been completely thrown off because of having weird hours at work.
Focused on strength training exercises at the gym today, which is an easy start for me even though I can only lift the minimal weight. I am going to be sore at work tomorrow, but what I am really dreading are these cardio exercises I am starting tomorrow. I am going to seem like the biggest loser on the planet because I can't even job three minutes. If I can even make it that long.
If this current workout program doesn't get my cardio into a better place, I may shoot for one of those programs that helps you start running because that is going to be a huge hurdle for me. I am currently taking things one step at a time, getting in shape is going to be a life long commitment for me. Here goes.
