LOOSING WEIGHT

Down 5 lb. I am changing my whole mind set about eating. I have been focusing on staying healthy and happy. Not only loosing weight, but becoming a different, better person.
Today, is also a first day of class.I was so nervous to start-because I eat more when i am in school and working full time. But, I feel great-I do not need to eat for energy, I need to exersise.
