Well I didn't write last night but I did do my workout and stayed under my calories. Today I worked which makes it hard to work out when i get home due to my three children wanting my constant attention. However, I have read that when you work at a job that is mostly on your feet and walking that counts toward some cardio. I need to get one of those calorie counters that i can wear to work. I did do my strengthing workout though.
Not as hard to keep the calorie count down when you don't really have time to eat. I plan on sticking to my workout 5 days a week...we will see how it goes. I always feel better afterwards but getting started daily is the hard part.
I have to stick to it though, 7 more weeks to my goal date. I hope I make it.
