It seems to be so hard to stay consistent. I'll do really well for a week or so and then I'll miss a day for one reason or another and then it seems like I have to restart again because it seems to always jump from not not just one day but 2 or 3. I'm just glad that I have had some change. That makes it a lot more motivating. I know that if I just put the effort into it that it will happen. Well, at least most days I do. Today being one of them. Can ya tell? Man, Getting enough sleep makes such a world of difference. I feel like I can actually accomplish what I set out to do. Usually makes me a much nicer mom too.   I got a really good workout in this morning. I was carrying a laundry basket upstairs and started to laugh to my husband because my legs were burning just from walking up the stairs!  I have always felt like, if I am hurting then I worked out hard! I kind of love the feeling of knowing I've pushed myself! Hopefully the enthusiasm is still there in the morning!
