I've been working my program for 5 weeks now and I've lost 22.4 lbs. I'm feeling great, sleep good at night and have tons of energy during the day
Now, people are even starting to notice the changes. Today my co-worker told me my backside was looking pretty good.
SO FUN!
It is HARD work to make the right food choices and workout everyday. But as the days go by, I am finding it is becoming a habit. A GOOD habit! A LIFETIME habit!
