Its a slow progress but Im doing it. Decided that this time around I was going to do it the right way and not become obsessed with the scale. Before, I was weighing myself 4 times a day...and when I didnt see a change, I would do another workout. I admit its not easy to climb on the scale and see any,(good or bad) progress but Im making a conscious effort to pass right by the scale and only weight every 2 days. The workouts are difficult but Im already seeing myself getting better with each one. (less winded, stronger...can go a little longer, and feeling more energy thruout the day) I dont have that tired, worn out feeling at 4 in the afternoon. Id say....Im back on track and using SMART choices again.
