Liking the workouts

I have found appreciation of the workouts again. That first week was a killer though. I didnt realize how out of shape I had become and it was hard to get back into the groove of exercising each day. Well, except for sundays. Thats my recovery day. I enjoy getting on the eliptical now and challenging myself to go 2 minutes longer every new workout. I have a step also...and had a few favorites that I used routinely. I pulled them out and started rotating them every other day...opposite the days I use the elliptical. Weight training is exciting too...I use the biggest loser dvds on that. Its nice to see that Im looking forward to working out...its a good feeling.
