Re-evaluation of Goals

Great news! I weighed in today and am at 156! Only pounds away from my 100 pound goal!
This is fantastic news right? Then why did I freak out and change my goal to 140? I still have lots of weeks left of what I paid for at the center, so I figured I may as well try to go for it.
I know I'm buying much smaller clothes (10's and 12's) but when I look in the mirror I still see a big girl. I see all my problem areas and I'm just hoping that is normal when you lose a bunch of weight over a relatively short period of time.
There are so many adjustments that come along with changing your lifestyle, eating habits, looks, clothes................ack! I think you have to get your head right too, or you can go from one extreme to the other.....being overweight and losing to the point of being too thin. I just hope I'm not doing that!
I think that maybe I should see some type of counselor to get my head in gear with the other life changes I have made.
Any suggestions out there?
