Get Fit Challenge -- Day 1

My fitness journey has been a rollercoaster ride that started a long, long time ago. Now, with 110 days left until my wedding day, I am giving myself the ultimate, healthy fit challenge.
This blog will not have any frills or lies. Only truth, health and work outs. No more hiding, no more laziness but being fit, strong and beautiful are my goals.
Current weight: 187 lb
AM WOD
30 minutes on the Arc Trainer (cardio/high intensity. Max heart rate = 138)
PM WOD
High-intensity kickboxing class (nervous about this one but I can do it!)
