7/26 Work Out: House cleaning + Pilates
7/26 Weigh-In: 184 lbs (Whoo! I didn't want to weigh in until next week but curiousity killed the cat.)
7/27 Work Outs: Bodies Defined (strength training) + Yoga
I've decided that in late Aug/early Sept I'm going to sign up for 4-weeks of PT at Shapes. I figure this, plus the group fitness classes + healthy eating, will give me a strong push to get super toned before the wedding. I'm feeling great and this hardcore focus on health has helped my Mom to really focus on her fitness and health!
