Finally moved

I know it ha been a while since I was on this sight, but I do have a good reason this time.  We finally finished moving and my new place looks like a home now instead of a storage unit.  And we finally got our internet turned on so now I can start logging my food and excercise again, now that I have time. 
My knees are still hurting, but I modify alot of the excercise so I can do them without hurting them worse.  I really haven't had a noticable change in my eight since the last time I weighed myself but I have noticed that alot of my clothes are fitting looser then usual, so that's a good sign on my part.
I am now thinking of trying shadow boxing to help with my upper body and to strengthen my shoulders and arms, any one have any tips for me?
