A real work out.

I finely did a real work out for the first time in a long time :) It was a little tough at first it can only get simpler from here. The toughest part was getting my self to work out. I foind tht odd because I always feel so great after i work out. I've gotten where I think I don't want to work out just from getting use to not working out. I have to remind my self how great it does feel one I've worked out. To do what i can not over work out because then I won't be able to the next day. So my advise to those who might read this have fun with the work out just do the best you can you'll feel great afterwards.  I was a little sore while working out because I was useing muscels I  haven't used in a while. But I feel alright now. Even better than great. Mentaly I feel Like I've lost wight because I don't feel stressed over not working out. I'm happier because I did.
